ABOUT ME

Education:

For as long as I can remember I have been interested in design and the aesthetic of sport. Sketching outfits and sportswear concepts has been a hobby of mine since I was about six years old. Through this passion I chose to pursue my education through Central Washington University in Apparel Textiles and Merchandising. This major along with my minors in fashion design and studio art have allowed me to expand my skills and further develop my inspiration.

Personal Strengths:

Adobe fluency, a desire to gain knowledge, an open mindset, and teambuilding skills are things I would consider to be my personal strengths. I have been using Adobe products such as Photoshop and Illustrator since freshman year of high school, adapting and gaining proficiency within these mediums of art. Learning other skills to improve my personal and professional life are also some things I enjoy and search for everyday, proficiency in these areas are what I strive for. Working with a team and keeping my mind open for change, differing thought, and challenging ideas are not just beneficial strengths but are also things I enjoy.

Career Goals:

I'm working towards becoming a lead designer for athletic and casual sportswear. Eventually I would like to have amassed a wide portfolio of designed garments to create an art exhibition to showcase these designs.
